ULTIMATE BREAKFAST CASSEROLE

12 Eggs

1 bag frozen hash browns

1 16 oz sour cream

1 can cream of chicken condensed soup

1 lb pork sausage, cooked (or chopped ham)

1 sweet onion, diced

1 12oz package fresh mushrooms, cleaned chopped and fried. (I fried in same pan with the pork sausage)

2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated Half in recipe, half on top

Basically anything else you think may taste good for breakfast!

Lightly spray 9X13 dish with non-stick cooking spray. Beat eggs and put in dish. Mix everything else (1 cup cheese) together in a large bowl

Carefully lay over eggs until eggs are covered. Put remaining cheese on top. Cook at 350 for 1 hr or until cooked through. Can be made the night before, refigerate covered, and then cooked for breakfast the next day.
